Campaign Message Formatter (Chrome extension). Last updated 3 October 2026.

In short

The extension does not collect, send or sell any data. Everything it does happens inside your browser. It has no accounts and makes no network requests.

What it reads, and why

• Your message box on the bulk-sender panel, to add the formatting toolbar and draw the WhatsApp preview.
• The panel's Visit Now / Call Now fields and its upload preview, to show the buttons and the image in that preview.

This is read only on the panels you use it on (wtap.sms4power.com, and any other site you enable yourself), only to draw the preview on your screen. It is never stored or sent anywhere. The extension never changes your message unless you click a button or press a shortcut, and it never sends a campaign.

What it stores

A few settings, kept in your browser only (chrome.storage.local, not synced): the sites you enabled, whether you hid the preview on a site, and the last message you pasted into the popup's spacing tool. Removing the extension deletes them.

Permissions

• Access to wtap.sms4power.com: to show the toolbar and preview there.
• Optional access to other sites: asked only when you choose "Enable formatter on this site" for another panel.
• Storage: for the settings above. Clipboard write: for the popup's Copy button. Scripting and active tab: to add the formatter to a panel you enable.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
